The 60th day – We should become like little children

“I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 18:3

I’m one of those people who loves kids. In my eyes, children are so beautiful, adorable, and genuine. They laugh or smile when they are happy, cry when they are upset, they wholeheartedly trust in you when you love them. The most important factor is that they can be moulded into the way you demonstrate because of their compete reliance on you. If you  show them love, then they will become loveable, or kind when you show kindness, righteous when you show integrity …

In today’s verse, Jesus teaches us we shall change and become childlike, or we will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Our egos must decrease, our pride must be crucified. We must allow the Heavenly Father to transform us so that we become one of his ‘little ones’. Just as Mark Stibbe said, “like Alice, (in ‘Alice in Wonderland’) we will never enter into the enticing landscape of the kingdom unless we first become very small.”

We talked about becoming a  little child, how about: what is the kingdom of heaven? Please watch the video below: The kingdom of heaven from Jesus’ own words.
